this was a documentary made in 1995 for the Falcon series of flight simulators.

I think this should be a sticky, purely because it teaches every basic maneuver

There are a few good points in that video, but dogfighting in Aces High is very different from dogfighting in jets. Notice how he strongly encourages the pilots NOT to use vertical maneuvers. This is because of the power and speeds those jets have achieved, angles are far more important and energy is far less important than in Aces High. He also encourages the pilots to use head on attacks, which is something we do not need in the training forum.
