Mitsu sound version 3.09 is released.

Version 3.09 is out.

Changes:
- New Ki-43 and HE111 sounds.
- New Ho-103 12.7mm MG sounds.
- New M18 Hellcat tread sound.
- New PT boat engine off sound.
- Added Convoy sound.
