With the new wind in place, I fear that altitude level bombing will go extinct! I've been thinking of quite a few different ways to try and bring attention back to level bombing, and I think I've come up with two radical new ideas that might help the cause!
Idea #1- Give bomb dispersal over an area of a half a mile. Almost like a shotgun scatter affect. The pattern will be random, so you cannot predict where exactly the bomb will go. Have any target (even a hanger) be destroyed if hit directly by a 1000 lb bomb. Give a small delay to the drones when bombs drop so 3 bombs don't drop exactly at the same time. This would give a nice carpet bomb effect.
This would be challenging to code, and would redesign how level bombing works, but I think it would draw people back to bombers! I think this would be a better representation of real life anyway. The smart bombs we have now are too accurate!
Idea #2- Hangers destroyed by Heavy bombers (ex- Lanc, b17, b24, b29) get a down time of 30 minutes.
With the wind in place, it takes a lot of work to try and bomb above 10k. If this idea was installed, we would see a lot more low level heavy bombers, but I feel that's what fighters are for!

If they are below 10k, there is no excuse for not taking them out. We will need some think tanks on this idea to counter the bomber scourge that we would see.
So, what do you think?
