Hell, I've been hollerin' for months to get some historical setups, to include maps, into the main.  My guess is that once they round out the more historical plane set they'll give it a shot.  Gettin the historical 2 countrie maps is goin' to be harder to convince ht to do I think.

Me too, Crash, I imagine theres something behind the scene going on to prevent this, sure would like to know what is holding it up...these generic maps for the historical scenarios are NOT very fun anymore.

We could have all the historical maps we wanted if HTC could be persuaded to go with a 2 country setup, perhaps we could ask for an alternate arena and see where ppl play? kinda like iEN did with the WW2a, it was an experiment t first and now its soo popular its the main format there now, I'm not asking for Axis vs Allied just yet (need a larger planeset) but a 2 country war map is much easier to create than a 3 country one perhaps use on of the historical maps to fly in as the symetrical maps we fly on in the main now are quite boring apart from Ndisles.

Revvin, we already have a two-sided set up, in the Twice a week Snap shots, and Check six events.  You won't see HTC doing a Axis vs Allies over here.  Back to the thread, support historical maps or not?

Count me as a definite support of user-created historical maps for scenarios!

Making use of user-created input is a multiplier for the effectiveness of your development team.   There are some great maps out there, lets put 'em in the SEA and try them out!

Put my name down for historical maps.  There are a bunch of great mapmakers here.

That'd take some pressure off an overstressed HTC crew as well.

And might mean natedog will do the Me-410!
