Well... by that logic:

1. The Americans would have been flying P-51's at the time of Pearl Harbor

2. Escorted missions would have happened much earlier and much deeper

3. The Lufwaffe presence in western Europe would have to have been increased, culminating in a lessening of resistance against Stalinist Russia


Of course we could argue that Britain might lose the Battle of Britain, or that France would cooperate with itself better, or the Danish would have listened to their own intelligence reports, or both the British and Germans would have accelerated their research into jet propulsion, or that Germany might have developed a true strategic bomber, or that Germany might have accelerated its nuclear program...
