Airfield Towns

Definitions for this discussion:

City Strat= Big "C" in the rear echelon
Town= Yellow square near airfield

Questions:

1) Can one resupply the Town buildings at an airfield?

2) Does the City Strat influence the Town buildings rebuild time?

  A few weeks ago, I took down a white flag by dropping supplies on the town.  So I know it works.
