Wirble/Osti icon range

Requesting the hyper-lethal flak batteries have their icons increased to 1.5k, regardless of motion.  The Storch has its own icon parameters, so it is not without precedent.

No, just reduce their icon range for friendly aircraft to 600 yards when not moving and 1200 yards when moving.  Do the same for all other GVs of course.

There, no more dragging to a friendly Wirbelwind.

I don't really have a problem with wirbles. Most of the time, I see them shooting and I move away. The average wirble driver can't hit the broad side of a barn!

Since I like the Osti better.
I can live with the change to 1.5k I can reach out to 2.5k so not much of an issue to me.
