Not the final wall finish.  There will be tile involved 

My cousin works at a fab shop.  I am waiting on him to finish the backsplash and countertop, both will be stainless.

Actually, I built the lower cabinets.  I just kept the same design.  There were blind corner cabinets (I installed lazy-Susans), she wanted a pull-out trash can under the cabinet and I didn't like where the sink was.  It was in the middle of the counter which didn't leave me any prep room next to the range.  I like lots of work space.

  have seen those industrial hoods backdraft furnaces and gas water heaters.  Looks nice though, gotta put a roof on my house then the wife wants to do a new kitchen
