Yeah, standard command channel is 150 for CiC stuff. Most every squad has at least one member assigned to monitor that channel.
Be in the arena at least 30 minutes prior to start, to answer questions from people about stuff like: "what base do I take off from", "what are we attacking", "what aircraft are we flying"... you know, the stuff that was probably in your orders that people didn't read.
Plan on remaining in the arena until the end of the frame, to make sure everyone knows when they need to head home and tower out, or to divvy up second strike orders, or reassign assets as the battle rages on.
