Excellent sights, sir.
Have you ever tried using multiple colors in your sights? I've made a few crude ones for myself (MS Paint
) and have found that just as in modern pistol shooting, having a different color (often brighter) as a center aiming point is easier for the eye to pick up, especially for snapshots, etc.
Of course, I'm the same guy that puts dots all over a golf ball. If I don't focus on one of the dots, I somehow zone out and hit the big green ball before the little white one.
