Forum won't allow me to Change my Avatar

I can choose "no avatar" or one of the "default avatar". But when I attempt to upload the new avatar, it defaults to my current avatar.

Ok so the avatar you see now is the one I was uploading. Except every time I performed the upload the page would not change the avatar to the one you see currently.

Skuzzy is there some kind of an update delay inherit to this BBS software on when new avatars will show up?

It has nothing to do with the bulletin board.  It is a caching issue with either your browser or your ISP.  Our WEB servers do not cache anything.
