Separate Arenas

But.... perks points earned in certian arena should not cross over into another arena. This would stop some of the shade vulching, camping, what ever you want to call it. Rank does not cross over so why should perk points.

Pretty sure it's only the Main Arenas that they transfer.

Yep. Go to the AvA - they don't transfer ...and they're not relevant as we don't use perks in the arena.

If it's in the more populated arena, it's more likely someone will up to fight with him.

...Or people are milkrunning/shade vulching.  By making perks arena specific, it would force those guys into the arena they want them for.  No more earning many perks in the unpopulated EW/MW arena, then bringing them in for perk planes in the LW.  If you want to use them in LW, you earn them in LW.  People would still do it, but they'd have more of a chance to encounter resistance.
