"Hostiles Bearing..."

Watching Battle of Britain for the first time in a long while. Found the source of "Hostiles bearing 186 range 30 miles" sound. Hope HTC got the rights to use that sound clip.

HTC has no control over sound packs created by users. Or is that a part of the default sound pack?

Oh, I must have installed a sound pack a while ago and forgot. My mistake.  :pray

Someone should make a sound pack devoted to hordes.

"ah jeez, here comes another [BLEEP] horde!"

"BOLLOCKS! Scramble the interceptors, the horde monkeys are inbound!"

"Enemy flock of monkeys inbound range 12 miles"

Etc.

Oh, and my favorite line to use from BoB while in the virtual skies of AH is "repeat please".   ;)

the default is "base under attack" right? unless your new then you're trying to find out who ace is and why he's always under attack.

Been playing for 5 years and I have always thought it was " 'Ace' under attack" lol. Likewise, I have never verified what triggers the message or how it relates to me personally.

Yeah, with that hot chick's voice.

Not quite as hot as the "Check Six" voice, however.
