According to the video it got both, however I only seen it in his eye lid. Painful either way, hope there wasn't any permanent damage there.

Had that happen to my cousin when him, my brother-in-law, and I were fishing. My brother-in-law slung back, then forward, and he felt a tug and heard a scream. It had hooked my cousin's eyelid.

Ive seen alot worse.....But this would suck alot....like the day i got my ...........stuck in a zipper...i cried.

Not sure about you guys, but if i had a metal barb anywhere near my eyes, I'd be telling the guy that's trying to take it out to put the camera down and use BOTH hands....

... and IF it caught his eyeball as well, the camera operator yanked it out so that it was only stuck through his eyelid....

What I was wondering how come his first reactions werent 'do not move the rod' followed by 'cut the line, NOW'. I wouldn't want to risk someone yanking the rod while a hook is attached to anywhere near my eyes.

If he did yell that, sorry, I must admit I watched the video at nighttime with sound very low.
