arent news on the first couple of hours always based on somebody's opinion and not fact?  and what exactly is the "opposing point of view?"  and how do you suggest they find somebody that is an expert in the "opposite point of view?" on every article or even major articles that any news outlet offers.

please do give an example and how you would go about publishing something with with an "expert opposite point of view" in the first few hours that anything happens.

wow, you really are lost aren't you...unless i'm reading that wrong or in the wrong context (in which case you should tell me so). appears that you do not understand the concept of reporting news in an unbiased manner, just the facts, nothing more. if there are any "points of view" to be made, they should be made by someone other than those doing the reporting. and, if there is more than 1 point of view to be had, all of them should be given the same voice whenever possible, if it isn't possible that should be stated.

dude, news have never been reported on an unbiased manner and never will.  what news report is what is going to make them a profit.  you are naive to think otherwise.  news outlets/networks/etc are not to report the news but to make a profit for whoever owns it.  even those who "are unbiased" are there only to make a buck.  just ask what's his name how many hundreds of millions of dollars he made by "telling the truth".

but since you are an expert on "unbiased news" please post an example, I dare you, I double dare you, you pick any news and explain how in a matter of hours you would have reported on an unbiased way with experts from the "opposite view".  I triple dare you.

Umm news reporting in many of the EU countries is funded by the government and regulated by law to provide neutral and correct news information. You just don't know what you're talking about. In many countries there are the public news agencies and the commercial news agencies working side by side. The availability of public news pretty much negates the chances of biased news because people would be able to tell the difference between the two immediately.

Oh so that's why people who answered you were referring to BBC and Reuters? Just admit it, you haven't got a clue.

 :headscratch:

of course I am a loser.  so please join me at the shelter where I serve dinner every other Thursday when i work daylight..  and after that please help me take me those who want to get help staying clean and sober to the aa meetings.  after all you are the almighty who has never sinned.  I tell you what, I'll let you help me with my gf who's a full blown alcoholic and is dying from it.  I sure could use some help with her.

after all I only work no less than 60 hours a week.  a loser I am, but sure I dont feel like it.  and if you want details why dont you ask some of my old squadies when I helped those who needed with either a couple of months fees or some extra hardware that I had laying around.  after all I know they would have done the same for me.

a loser I am, but I am proud to say you can kiss my donut as I would rather be a loser than some asswhiper like you.  btw tomorrow I'll be gone in the morning looking for vets who need shelter and food.  hope you have a good time in your hard earned barbq.
