His Mossie is a B.35, the bomber version which followed the B.XVI we have in AH.

In part 1 he lifts her skirt and peaks inside her!
I love it that he shows part of the plane you never get to see in pictures, like how the fuselage looks from the inside and what's on the floor behind the pilot seat. Some of it looks like a vagabond has slept in it...
