The joint strip is absolutly flush with the wing...you will see the fuel filler to the right of the joint strip
There is no fuel filler point in the gear hinge cover....just the gear indicator pin.
they have painted over the exhaust heat plate. Its steel not aluminium it would discolour due to oil carbon and heat.
Note how the panels under the cockpoit are hardly visible
