May be a bug when Factories retreat toward the rear

Last night the Knights Factories retreated toward the rear. We went to supply but the factories never showed improvement in spite of dozens of loads of supplies. Eventually they went to 100% but the down times were not indicating the loads dropped.

Were you just looking at the War Status page for improvement or were you also looking at the .dt status reports for the strats?
