Started in 2006 for a few months after seeing a commercial and time to kill with a broken foot. Joined the military in 07 stopped playing  and time passed. A few months ago was cruising YouTube and randomly came across vudu15 vids. Watched a few downloaded the game and wam. Im hooked after a 7 year break.

I found AH on the Military Channel in 2008. Because of financial problems (Countrywide - remember them?) I practiced offline until Dec 2010. I came online 14 Jan 2011.
Been here since, its the only game I play.    :old:

I joined in Jan of '08 after seeing the advert on either the History or Military channel.  Been here ever since.  So that make it... ... 5 years and 5 mos = $595 spent on AH and a few hundred more on PC upgrades.  :D

It has been a good run and I hope it continues to prosper and grow as it has.   :aok

I wonder if HTC has looked into getting AH up on Steam.

Doesn't matter which format (video, magazine,tv) AH would be a tough sell, very small market and any screenshots or visuals from the game look terribly dated when AH2 was first released let alone 10 years later.

Cost of advertising would exceed any potential audiance with the current graphics etc.  Plus new console released and games up the visual level expected by players once again.

Steam. I'd expect AH would have to completely change it's pricing model for them to be interested.

I think I first downloaded AH back in... 2002 or 2003. Can't remember specifically, but I know it's been ten years or a little more. If I recall correctly, I wanted to download WBII again after I reformatted my hard drive, but it no longer existed; I began searching for a similar game, and found Aces High.

I tried WB3 (offline, of course; I wasn't going to pay $25 a month to try it out, especially when the most people on the server was always less than 130) and was thoroughly not impressed. Very thoroughly.

Love AHII.
