THe most recent one i watched Rich mentioned in another thread....  My Way      I enjoyed it immensly

This film is inspired by the true story of a Korean named Yang Kyoungjong who was captured by the Americans on D-Day. Yang Kyoungjong was conscripted in the Japanese Imperial Army, the Red Army and the Wehrmacht.

Character is like a tree and reputation like its shadow. The shadow is what we think of it; the tree is the real thing.

When the game is over, the Kings and Pawns all go into the same box.

I wish My Way was the story of Kyoungjong, it would have been a far better story.

Just finished "9'th Company". Outstanding film.

I really recommend King Of Devils Island. Especially if your really into cinematography and drama. The scenes of the Nordic fiords, mists, and winter are haunting.  Stellan Skarsgård is in it and he's outstanding. Remember he played the religious guy next to Morgan Freeman in Amistad?
