Big salute to Cobias and his twisting A20.  I was in a 109 and Dakone was in a 190, yet it took the two of us multiple passes and teamwork to finally bring him down.  Says a lot for a player when we both agreed it had to be Cobias we were up against just based on how slippery the A20 was.  :salute

There was no Allied defence of the City in 6-13-6.  Not a single enemy ship too be found anywhere.  We expected a tough mission into a deep set target...and found nothing.  The JU88's had multiple free runs on the target and a clean route home.

Hey, maybe the fighters decided to escort the Bostons that hit V109 late in the FSO to make sure they were all safely snug in their beds at 29,000 feet.  :D

Actually some of KN did find some fighters by the city....low by their airfield. Think someone said "Free Vodka" over the radio and back to their airfields they went. After chasing the Bostons we found some La's low by 108. There were some good dogfights.  :salute

VF-17 was proud to have Cobia flying with us that evening. He's not only a great A-20 stick, but a team player, and a helluva nice guy.  :salute Cobia.
