OMG, look at the front page

So why make a comparison in market share of Intel graphics chips (assume you are referring to 3500,4000 chips), which are a mainstream chip not designed for gaming and installed in most laptops for their power saving 2D graphic attributes. 

Compared to AMD, Nvidia who make dedicated GPU's that cost up to $1000 each?

No idea, ask in the 3DGuru, Nvidia or AMD forums..

But whether it's a laptop or desktop PC, I doubt very few who play games beyond Solitaire and Minecraft on a regular basis, would use a Intel 3500/4000 graphics chip.

When i started playing in 2006 it was on a basic desktop not intended for gaming but AHI ran fine on it. When two came out I went ahead and bought a gaming machine because I had everything turned down on that poor desktop and it looked worse than AH1. I know some where back in this thread there was arguing over AH1 vs AH2. Pretty sure there were a lot of people lost because of that, some gained.

Mine is not a budget card (nVidia GTX 660Ti)and I still get low frame rates at times because my FAMILY uses MY COCKPIT computer for:

iTunes
Weird crap that gets "accidentally" installed when I'm gone
4 different cameras downloading photos of crap that I don't care about
Windows Update keeps getting turned on
Free malware protection downloads because my wife thinks we need it and then goes into conflict

a game that is low-end friendly.

As would I.  The game also appeals to an older market which is often less tech savvy.
