Over 4,000 models built, saw plenty of action.  I believe this aircraft could see more use in the MA then the B-26B.

Why don't you think so semp?  I've taken more hits in a 25C then the 26B would ever dream of taking.

well I would like to hear your reasoning why the b25 would be used more.  I mean is it the speed?  the ords?  the defensive guns?  because currently the b25's are mostly used to hunt for gv's and not for bombing.  that is my perception anyway, so what makes you think it will be used more than the b26?

I guess I didn't come across the way I would of liked to when I posted this.  I just think the B-25J is a more versatile aircraft in some ways given the fact that it can carry 8x 5in rockets with a 3,000 pound bomb load (it also has the ability to carry a torpedo).  It basically has the same defensive capabilities as the 26 though the 26's waist gunners can reach a bit lower then the 25J.  With almost 10,000 models of the B-25s (4,300+ of them being 25J's) I think people could have a more versatile aircraft in some ways that the B-26 can't do.  Ie: de-acking, anti-carrier duties, etc.

I personally love this aircraft and I think it would make a great addition to the AH collection of aircraft.

I wanted to add my request for the B-25J. It is a beloved air frame that would definitely not be a hangar queen. The B-25J would relegate the "C" model to obscurity, but I would pay that price.

+1 for the B-25J

I think the gunship version would get a fair bit of usage. Hard to argue with 12 forward .50cal.
:airplane: The "C" model in this game would be soon forgotten!

Probably wouldn't take much effort to place it in the game. Just take the existing C model and do a little rework in the programming and modeling. Of all the wish requests for new airframe additions I've seen (including my own) this is the most realistic and plausible for the near term.

I hope AH is reading these.
