X-52 issue

Hi all, I'm having an issue with my Saitek X-52 pro, and also had the same issue with my X-52. Of course, I leave my stick(usb) plugged into my computer all the time. At random times,my mouse starts moving on it's own.
Most of the time moving the little mouse button on my throttle to one stop or the other eventually makes the movement stop. sometimes I have to unplug the stick to make it stop, and once, I even had to unplug the mouse and plug it back in to stop the movement. Has anyone else had this occur? What did you do to solve the problem?
BTW, it never happens in game.

I have the X52 and have never had this issue on mine... I think I might have upped the dead band on it in AH, but that wouldn't mean anything while you aren't in the game. Wish I could help.

I don't run any Saitek config program in the background now........ Deleted and removed it.

I do leave win game controller running in the background when playing

So you program all of your stick functions in game? Wow. I am glad I have not had that headache.

You can go into Saitek controller and increase the dead band of the mouse stick. If you have something mapped to it you can unmap it in profile editor. Generally, with the mouse stick and even with some of the hat/slider bands, Ive had on again problems of that type. The only one I map now is the slider as thats the least problematic. I map RPM + and - to it. In creasing the deadband for the mouse stick should work. Moving it some should also steady it.

A powered USB hub solved my issues ( assuming the saitek stick is not very old ).
I have used both sticks as well.
