that is not a bug it is a feature to stop K4 pilots abusing their generous WEP limits.    :D

Bruv was basically correct in his reply, except for the K4 thing as it applies to all planes.  Otherwise, if you used all of your WEP and then get discoed, you'd have your WEP back when you reconnected.  It sucks but it's in place to prevent potential abuse.

You're right it sucks, but it makes sense... Given that every plane has rechargeable WEP when most shouldn't. Thanks.  :salute
