I thought that this was for all the fighter pilots that lack the skill to fly bombers. ;)

I wouldn't know about that, since some insist on calling a P-38 a bomber, I would say that I have exceptional skills in shooting down fighters in a bomber.   ;)

Heh!  When I saw that "Heinkel 162 A2 / Arado E378 Mistel" graphic, my first reaction was that it was a joke with a mocked-up graphic.  Then I saw the actual picture.

Why cant we just have V2s with cameras...to be controllable.

There was the Fritz X remote-controlled bomb, which was used in the Sicily/Italy campaign (1943).  Several ships were wrecked or sunk:
-- battleship Roma sunk (flagship of Italian fleet)
-- battleship Italia damaged
-- light cruiser HMS Uganda severely damaged
-- light cruiser USS Savannah severely damaged
-- battleship HMS Warspite severely damaged

It was dropped from a bomber and then guided to target by the bombardier who had a joystick.
