Don't know how "new" it is.
The Douglas Nader one and the guy climbing out on the wing in-flight to put out a fire, I saw a couple of month ago.

But it was great   :aok

Technically it's not a "new" show. It has already aired in Canada, and in the UK as "Heroes of the Skies". I remember Morfiend telling me about it a few months ago. It is just now making it into the US market. I believe it's suppose to premiere sometime in August here in the states.

The episode on screwball Buerling is not to be missed!  They show some film and audio from his 2 weeks back home for a war bonds drive!  The things he says just have to be seen and heard. :rofl :rofl :rofl

BTW, HTC had a couple of commercials on the Canadian version, maybe they'll try a few when it aires in the States.

Indeed. He was a total psychopath. Luckily there was a war on so he got the opportunity to put his craving for killing, and total disregard for his own safety, to good use. If he hadn't I guess he'd be known today as a serial killer rather than a war hero. After the war he became a mercenary pilot and (perhaps ironically) died in an accident in Israel.

I stand corrected. He died in an accident while moving to Israel, where he was later buried in honor of his sacrifice to the State of Israel.

He volunteered to fly for Israel in its independence war. He probably did not cared much about Israel as much as getting an opportunity to do aerial combat again.

He was contracted to fly P-51s for the fledgling IAF.
