Love 'em.
The commander position should have the same HUD as tanks do, though - set speed, actual speed, compass direction, ammo, and the aiming circle. I can't see any reason for the tanks to have this and not TDs. Likewise the ability to fire the main gun from the commander's position - all of these vehicles had separate commanders and gunners, just like all the tanks represented in the game did, so it makes sense to have the same capability. In any of them what it basically represents is the commander shouting "Fire!" into his intercom and the gunner doing the firing. I can see not having the traverse of the gun represented from the commander's view since he'd have no way to tell it other than eyeballing it like the player does.
