Im normally running at 60 FPS, tonight Im sitting between 30-40 FPS. I haven't done anything to the computer. Is it me or is there something else going on? Also, with the low FPS, when I log on, it takes a long time to show everything in the tower. Ill sit at 0 FPS for a few seconds and then it will slowly start to climb up to 30. Now, if I bring up the clipboard and open any selection (say OPTIONS), my FPS goes to 60. Once I close it, I drop back to 30.
