Range vox crashing computer

Played yesterday everything fine, today playing tried to talk on range channel and froze my computer. I made no changes to game or computer. I am very, very computer dumb so use small words please  

update, happens with squad channel also, tried 4 times now and same thing

Hawker post the 1st 1/3 of your DXDiag here and one of the computer geeks can figure out what is going on.

1. hit your Start Icon in lower left hand

2. In the search tab type in dxdiag, hit enter

3. If you have a 64 bit windows run the DX in 64bit

4. click on the "Save all information" tab and then cut and paste into here the  top 1/3 of your dxtest.

yes I did 1st thing but it seems fine now....
