Now it gets weirder.  The downloads server is also at SoftLayer.

Should try to get bellsouth to help on my end?

Mine and Bustr's Ping Plot did not help?

Think of it almost like triangulation with radio signals, the more tracerts/pingplots the broader the picture gets and more precisely the source/problem found.

I use TimeWarnerCable and the Aces High homepage, http://www.hitechcreations.com/ , loads fine for me.
