The Jagd's are nice but it would be great if they didn't try to push forward or back every time you pivot in place.

The Jagdpanther pivots just like the Panther.

If adding the jagerpanzers means people shutting their engines off less then i'm for them.  People just sitting on their a*s camping and waiting for targets to roll up on them is no fun.  I find it a lot more fun when everyone is trying to advance.

That's more like reasonable real world tactics.

The tank game in AH is (outside pure spawnfests) more like submarine warfare. A short dash, then sitting still in silence, using your 'sensors' to scan the area... he who moves first will be heard first and dies. I'm just waiting for the first tank to go below the thermocline...  :noid

I disagree. Personally I use more of a hit and run style of play when not at spawn fights. Sprint out to the flanks, fire a few rounds, move. You actually end up being more effective as mobile player, as you get more shots at the guys dug in behind a slope, who are giving your buddies a rough time of it.

You started this thread and it was obviously about your want and desire in spite of your use of 'we' and Google.
