Open your Aces High folder (usually C:\\Program Files\Aces High) and find the folder called "Sounds".  Rename the Sounds folder to something like "Backup Sounds".  Open the downloaded file and copy the folder in it called "Sounds" into your Aces High folder. Done.

I had that proplem so i downloaded Audacity and adjusted the sound level to suit me http://audacity.sourceforge.net/
