Obviously, an older model with "some" upgrades as far as a new board,and graphics card but would like some input what to do next, slim budget possibly 200.00 bucks

You could shoot for a newer graphics card, probably the only one that'll comfortably work is the Radeon 7750 since its power consumption isn't too far off of the GT 430. Outside of that, there's not much you can do besides saving up for a new PC.

  the game is concentrated on combat, not on shaking the screen.

The worst bottleneck is the AMD processor, which may not use both cores for running AH. Changing that would mean to change the motherboard, too, and those two are the most valuable parts of a new rig. The HD7750 is a good card even when considered as a start of a totally new computer in a year or two.
