Maybe move Check 6 to CT arena?

In order to help the CT out, maybe HTC and the scenario corps could move the Check 6 to the CT arena to bolster the historical setups.  It would provide CT i think with additional publicity, as well as give it some sort of strategic use every once in awhile.  

Also, maybe turn friendly collisions on in there, so that runways could get clogged or
shut down so that an individual with an emergency might land.

ANyway, just a couple of thoughts.
