I just checked my state DNR's pocket guide for identifying wildlife and since it isn't mentioned I believe we are allowed to shoot Saskatchewans whenever and however a person sees fit.

Was watching Mississippi Outdoors the other day and they had a old man on there that had seem a black panther . I knew I was not the only one to see it . He said he seen him while he was going down the MS river and it was running a doe deer .

Some of the guys that have come forward with "proof" are in it for the fame, or the money on future film deals. Kinda sucks for people who have had experiences. Its hard for them to come forward with real life encounters with all the BS out there.

That's true Surfinn . Just like the UFO me and a friend seen one day at work . We seen it good . Try and make people that have not seen one believe it is very hard .
