i know i squelch him but every time he gets the chance he this i dont want to keep having to squelch him yesterday it got to the point where i was crying which is something i rarely do people like that normally dont bother me but he has been going out of his way to do this to me

In all seriousness, you've stated in other threads that you "don't want to squelch players".  You have the tools to stop this then but choose not to.  You could also take the responsiblity
to change the dynamics of your relationship with this player by apologizing even though this may not be your fault, asking his forgiveness for whatever slight he feels you have insulted him with and making a friend.
