AH Plane Comparison Matrix
« on: August 17, 2013, 03:21:58 PM »
There used to be an excellent webpage called the Aces High Plane Comparison Matrix where you could order the aircraft by all sorts of performance metrics. It seems to be gone now and I can only find this:-

http://www.jcsautomation.com/AH_About_The_Ratings.asp

Does anyone know who compiled  this data and if the page is still available somehow?

The AH player had the BBS name of Calan, and has been gone from AH for many years now. The last update to that comparison matrix was in 2006 as well, so a lot of fighters (13 to be exact) were missing anyway.

Thank you Arlo I am aware of that site, the matrix was of more use imho.

Shame. It was an excellent way to present the data, I found it very useful.

Perhaps we should make an up to date version assuming we have all of the data?

I try to keep this updated as a single page that shows all planes with many key plane attributes.

Note perfect.  It is always a work in progress.

That's great Slade. If only we could order the data by clicking on the headings, once for most to least, again from least to most...

Not all aircraft have turn radius with flaps stated on the page. Then again, not all aircraft have several stats listed, period.

All the same, great reference chart.
