If you don't like people driving and talking on their cell phones. I have had a few encounters with drivers doing things like this.

My fave part is that instead of just punching the guy, he spent the time to get just the phone.

 That should happen to every driver on the phone!   I think the cell should be confiscated if you're caught using 1 while driving.  They take your car away for racing or drinking they should take the phones too.


Police auctions would be a good source for cheap phones also......

I did that one day on the way to work.  A woman had been stopped by the police and she pulled in behind me just as I passed.  A couple miles down the road I stop for a redlight and look back (I am a very defensive driver) and see the same gal headed right at me...last minute she looks up and slams the brakes on stopping within a couple feet of me.  I get out and walk back so see her cellphone still in hand and flipped open.  Her window was down, I said firmly "Give me the phone" and she handed it to me.  I threw it into the ditch and told her to get her head out of her a*$ before she killed someone and walked away.

  thats hilarious   I used to drive a ford f450 box truck so I sat up quite a bit higher than cars, was sitting at a red light in traffic and the guy I was working with noticed the lady in front of us on her phone, so I beeped my horn.  without hesitation she NEVER looked up from her phone just slammed on the gas right into the car in front of her.  when she asked why I honked my horn I told her that I saw a friend of mine on the sidewalk and she should have been paying better attention to the road and not her dang phone.

My sister, who isn't a good driver to begin with, is constantly on the phone. She can't go 5 minutes without calling or being called by someone. She refuses to use a hands free because it's "awkward". I've scolded her until I was blue in the face and now just refuse to ride if she's driving. Told her to call me after someone gets killed while she's on the phone.

I witnessed a woman crashing with a scooter driving in a junction and she didn't lift off her phone even after the girl had hit her car.

People that drive and talk on the phone I just do not understand.. missing a phone call won't maim or kill you or someone else.

...our big blue Durango totalled a POS Camry due to the lady drivin the Camry *with a car full of friends* ..on the phone, ran a red light, t-boned the Big Blue Bus.
Frik-kin morons should not be allowed a license if seen doin it .. period.. obvious that phone is more important to them than life or limb.
