Oh, no doubt, he's a great player...... but the lovefest is a little much. If talking a drink every time the announcers had a verbal orgasm talking about him or his awesome hit against Michigan (easy to crush a smaller player when you're left unblocked), you'd be passed out drunk before the end of the first quarter!
The problem in that game wasn't our offense, our D got tired and we blew a 2 touchdown lead.
This is year 2 with our new Defensive coach, and I think we'll see the trend of us getting better and better every game..... my gawd we couldn't have been worse than at some points last year......
I think that perhaps you guys underscouted Dylan Thompson, because at times it seemed like you guys weren't ready for him. I have no doubt this year's edition of the Fight for the Palmetto State will be a good game, but the real x-factor is that we're playing at home. Everyone seems to undervalue Williams-Bryce Stadium as a tough place to play, but our fans are passionate and really get loud. We haven't lost a home game since Auburn in 2011.
The thing about being a Carolina fan is thay you always seem to get frustrated watching the offense. Especially when Steven Garcia was QB

I do think this year, so far it has shown a small improvement in consistency and effective play calling. There's no way to replace Marcus Lattimore at RB, but Mike Davis is stepping into the role nicely so far. A lot of fun games ahead, I think
