fixed

Page doesn't say how they plan to make money - do they want investors or players?
... missions were to be met by the commitment of alerted swarms of fighters, composed of Me 109's and Fw 190's, that were strategically based to protect industrial installations. The inferior capabilities of these fighters against the Mosquitoes made this a hopeless and uneconomical effort. 1.JD KTB

From the Kickstarter, it seems DCS WWII is going the F2P route, which means it will most likely be supported by micro-transactions, probably in the form of additional planes like DCS World is currently set up.

Microtransactions seem to be the way to go. I watched my brother in law spend 40 dollars to coins in an iPad game in one day. And he had been playing the game for months. Sure he had money but I was like WTF?

I saved him a lot of money by teaching him that he can sell the old items instead of buying new coins every time he needed a level up...

Well, the picture of the shot up 190 seems to point out a more realistic battle damage system than what we use here, in terms of eye candy that is.  Bullet hits, does some kind of damage be it just chipping paint to actually punching a hole. :joystick:
