All the winter skins, no map?

Just curious, I know it was discussed well before, but we have all these winter skins for the luftwaffe/russia but no map, any reason for it?

AvA and scenarios have winter maps.

There would be no point making a winter MA map anyway, as all many players would do is turn off other players' skins to gain an advantage. With a scenario terrain the creator can build the winter skins into the terrain, making them the default skins.

I appreciate Greebo a million times over for making winter skins for use in my winter terrains.  It makes suuuuch a difference in the realism effect.

ahh i forgot about this, its been years because I used to have my skins turned off because at the time my laptop couldn't handle it, now my Desktop I just leave the skins on.
