Wow, ten years he's been gone.  I'm still listening to his albums Sneaking Sally Through The Alley, Pressure Drop (well, about half of this one, the songs that do not feature thousands of violins), and Drive.

The Power Station album was great. Still have it around somewhere. He and Shania Twain had properties close to each other in Switzerland years ago,and she got his approval to do a Addicted to Love parody,which was the I Feel Like a Woman Video. Great writer and singer.
