at work my boss apologized to me and told me i was gonna have to work 10 days straight and miss 2 weeks of fso.  I guess I talk about it too much at work.

funny thing is our planner is a ww2 enthusiast.  and every week he always asks me what the fso mission is going to be then on monday he will ask me how it went.

When on top of working 120 hours a month of the available 720ish you play more then 45-50 hours. Also add time on here, thinking of the game, pictures, stories, YouTube, and you still think how can i get more all whilst dodging wife ack.

I did that with my girlfriend when we were in bed  :bhead.

She thought it was hilarious, but I just wanted to sink through the floor. I was just sitting there like "I can't believe that just came out of my mouth...".

Dude that's what happens if you try to talk when all blood in your body being pumped down...

When your wife starts muttering things like "When we end up in divorce court over this, don't act surprised."   To me this is a good indication it's time to step away from the keyboard for a while, put duskcovers on the HOTAS, etc.

FYI - I find flowers and a dinner date help get things back on track quickly i.e. miss only a week of a tour or one FSO frame.  Your mileage may very, however.

Try driving in Portland. I'm convinced it is the most poorly laid out city of any significant size in North America.

Not even close

I remember driving home in it once. I refuse to ever go through anything like that again.  :(

I lived in Atlanta for 2 years.  Going through the downtown connector at the wrong time of day sucks, but is child's play compared to the madness and aggressiveness that is Washington D.C.  Not only are there more cars than the road can handle, but those people are far and away the dumbest drivers on earth.

Born and raised there.  D.C. is insane, but for sheer madness nothing beats New York City rush hours.....and don't get me started on how their cabbies drive.
Going by "Hoplite" now. :)

I went there on a school trip in high school.  I remember thinking our bus driver needed a combat ribbon for his service.   :lol
