It's ridiculous. Where do you think CG would be in relation to CL?

The same place it is on any canard design such as the Long Eze/Vari Eze.

No, see the bombs go all the way in the back and after you drop them the wing with the engines rotates and the props reverse pitch. Many the Luftwaffe pilot was buffaloed by this top secret design, flying an interception course towards where the bomber had been instead of where it was going.
