He has passed the requisite test and has now been given his kilt to wear when playing bagpipes in the Pipe Band at St. Andrews College.(Ontario)
These kids are just from his dorm, only the kids in kilts are in the band.

Really proud of him, his academic advisor wrote an email to my wife today after she tried to set up a skype parent/teacher call, but it was deemed unnecessary:
"I agree. I was looking Trew's report card over last evening as I wrote his Advisor comment, and he is doing superbly! I saw no reasons for concern. He's a good kid.
Enjoy your time with him next week."
He's doing so well we are flying him home as an early Christmas present....for his mother and I lol.
