Was wondering if anybody had information on this series of 190's as I haven't been able to find much more then what Wikipedia offers. Mostly I am interested in ordnance loadouts, and rough production numbers if you have them.

Basic info from Squadron/Signal #170 "FW190's in Action"

Production (these are converted A4,5,6 and 8's)
G-1 = 49
G-2 = from 468 to maybe 600
G-3 = unknown maybe 100
G-4 to G-7 = none
G-8 = unknown

Loadouts
FW190 G series is basically an A series plane with fuselage guns removed and underwing 300 liter fuel tanks added. Wing root 20mm were retained. The center line bomb rack could carry a bomb or 300 liter fuel tank. G-2 and G-3 were fitted as night fighters and with under wing 50kg bombs as needed.

To give an idea of the performance hit, the G-8 model, fully loaded (center line tank and underwing bombs) was 5200kg (11,500lbs), had a range of 1125km (700 miles) and a speed of 450kmh (280mph)

The G-series grew out of the F-series, and was basically F-series adapted for long range missions.

All G-series 190s could carry 250kg bombs on the wing racks in addition to a single 250kg or 500kg bomb on the center rack. Like on this G-8:

That pic is of a190F-8 though, right?  [work with me on this, ok  ;) ]  I mean after all, we all know the 190F-8 was able to carry a 250 kg bomb on each wing.  :aok

In theory all 190s could carry all these armaments with a few field mods. The wings on an A-8 are the same as on the F-8 and G-8. Initially the F-series was just A-series with factory conversions (Umbau); the F-1 was the A-4/U3, the F-2 was the A-5/U3. By 1943 they were re-designated as the F-series.

It would be very nice indeed to see the 190F-8 be able to carry the ordnance it legitimately could in the real deal.

8/50kg bombs (2 each wing/4 center line)
3/250 kg bombs
1000 kg bomb
1800 kg bomb

If I remember correctly, there are seven slots per column?  So if we currently have 4 of them used up on the center line (DT, 250 kg, 500 kg, and 500 kg SAP), then we have room for 3 more center line ords.  Nice, because there are three more center line ordnance that could legitimately be added.   :aok

For the wings, we just need the option of adding in the 2/250kg bombs.   :aok

Not quite that simple; the 1000 and 1800 bombs would exclude any wing ordnance. The "Satan" also required an extended, fixed tail wheel to make the bomb clear the ground. However the wing options should include 50kg and 250 kg bombs, "butterfly" cluster bombs, 300L droptanks (G-series 190), 210mm rocket mortars, PB1 and PB2 (R4M) anti-tank rockets, and various gun pods.

I just double checked the available number of "slots" that HTC can currently put available in the hanger.  It is 6, or 7 if we are to include the "empty" table.

Centerline, I think the drop tank, 4/50kg, 250kg, 500kg, 500 SAP, and 1000kg should be available.  The 1800kg is best left for the He111 and mighty Stuka, imo.  :aok

On the wings (total), the 4/50kg, 2/250, 12/Pb1 rockets, and a pair of drop tanks would be good. I'm not exactly sure of the details of the R4M rockets.  Gun pods would be nice to have, especially the 30mm Mk 103's, but again the questions are many.

From there it is each to figure out, HTC wouldn't have to restrict anything per say.
