I think two different ones.

One for if you are a few 'hundred feet' from a turn (warning to hold on), then perhaps another similar one for when in a turn (since people can't look behind them and see the cv is turning  :devil ). 

But I agree, need a siren to at least warn people that a 'turn is inbound!"
