Time Until [structure x] Pops
« on: November 20, 2013, 11:55:16 AM »
I see a lot of mention on the chat buffer of "VH up in 7 minutes," etc.

How do I find the remaining downtime of a structure?  I've looked at the field status on the clipboard, but that just shows whether it's enabled/disabled.

Thanks ahead of time!

Usually, it is somebody running their own stop watch.  The Saitek X52 stick and throttles have a built in timer function that a lot of guys use.

type .dt f180vhh000

That would be downtime for 180's vh.

You can go options >arena setting> destroy object to see codes for all field elements.

type .dt f180vhh000

You can skip the number at the end.
If there are several VHs on a field, system will tell you which ones are down.

For quick reference, the most important targets

town: twn
auto ack (field/town): gng
FH: fth
BH: bhh
VH: vhh
ords: amb
barracks: bab
radar: rdr
SB: bab
ship: shp (Cv is invariably ship #000)
flag: flg  (if a time is given, the flag is white)

Strat status will be ".dt C01aaf" where the C01 stands for country 01, this can be found in the Arena settings as it changes from map to map. The designation for the 5 factories are AAF for triple A, RDF for radar, AMF for ords, CIT for city/towns, and FUF for refinery.  :aok

I've had trouble recently with checking things with the dt commands. I'll check the rdr at a field and it'll work then twom minutes later checking the same field I'll get invalid object name using the same command.
