I am not complete I have never had a real Pie before, we use to eat those ghastly small pot pies in a foil dish made by some low end producer when we were kids, I think they were all bits of chicken lips, peas carrots and Lord knows what else in there, eatable I guess, blistering hot and would always burn the roof of your mouth, I am sure they still exist here in the states, haven't had one in years, don't miss them.

I was the same way (and have had the exact same pot pie you describe), until one day in our local British pub, I had a Real Pie, and the Truth of the Universe was unveiled to me.
